Join the culinary team at Bala Golf Club! We are looking for talented and self motivated culinarian for our à la carte sauté position. If you have five years of experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment and a passion for creative cooking, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:

Prepare, cook, and plate dishes according to restaurant recipes and standards.

Maintain a clean and organized kitchen workspace, following food safety and sanitation guidelines.

Assist with food prep, including chopping vegetables, marinating proteins, and other tasks as required.

Work closely with other kitchen staff to ensure dishes are completed in a timely manner.

Follow all kitchen procedures and safety protocols.

Communicate effectively with front-of-house staff to ensure customer satisfaction.

Handle all equipment with care and report any maintenance issues.
Qualifications:

5 years of experience as a line cook or in a similar kitchen role (preferred).

Strong knowledge of kitchen equipment and cooking techniques.

Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality standards.

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays (as required).
