Line / Prep Cook

Modern Korean food in LES
We are looking for a professional line cook to join our robustly growing team in LES! Line cooks must prepare food to the exact chef’s specifications and set up stations for the menu. The successful candidate will play a key role in contributing to our customer satisfaction and acquisition goals.
This position reports to the Chef de Cuisine.
Desired Qualifications :
- 2+ year experience as a Line Cook in a busy and well-rated restaurant
- Agility to multitask and complete a prep list in an organized and efficient manner
- Strong knife-handling skills
- Full availability is a must; including weekends
- Knowledge and/or experience with Korean food is a plus but not required
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift up to 25lbs if necessary
- Safely and effectively use all necessary tools and equipment
- Stand and walk for an entire shift, including moving safely through all areas of the restaurant

Compensation Details
Compensation: Hourly ($21.00 - $26.00)
