Nettare is looking for a Pastry Chef to head up our morning cafe expansion and elevate our dessert menu.
Responsibilities
- Create & execute a menu of sweet and savory pastries to be featured during our cafe and lunch/brunch service in line with Nettare's concept and values.
- Create 3-4 desserts for our a la carte & tasting menu for our evening service.
- Assist in oversight of our existing bread program.
- This role would occasionally involve executing guest orders during our daytime services
Schedule
- Estimated 4-5 days per week 35 - 42 hours. The final schedule will be discussed with your input based on the execution needs for the menu as it will be written.
Compensation
- Up to 80 hours of PTO able to be accrued with 40 hours frontloaded at the start of each year
- Up to 80 hours of Sick pay able to be accrued with 16 hours frontloaded at the start of each year
- Bonus structure up to $2500/yr.
