The Fountain Inn is a spirits tasting room and restaurant focusing on American Whisk(e)y located in the Book Hill area of Georgetown, D.C.

We are currently looking for a dedicated individual who is passionate about food and spirits to join us!

Candidates must have at least two years of cooking experience and should be confident in their abilities to stay professional, follow direction, and keep on task. 

Communication skills are a must, as is organization and professionalism.

We believe that learning and growing is quintessential to our success as an establishment and we are excited to welcome more individuals into our space to learn and grow with us!

Line Cook expectations:

• Clean as you go
• Staying Organized and thoughtful through the shift
• Staying ahead on prep 
• Following recipes and instructions as provided, and as per TFI spec.
• Assisting with putting away orders/ deliveries as needed
• Washing dishes as needed
• Polishing glassware as needed
• Organizing the walk-in and storage areas as needed
• Arriving on time, and staying on task in a must.

Compensation: Hourly 21.00 - 23.00 per hour
