Hospitality Support, Far Niente Winery 

Founded in Oakville, California in 1885 and restored in 1979, Far Niente is consistently recognized as a benchmark producer of Napa Valley Chardonnay and Oakville Estate Cabernet Sauvignon. 

Join our Company which is rich in history and stature. 

Our team is expanding to support our growing portfolio.  The Hospitality Support plays an important role in ensuring the hospitality team is set up with the necessary tools to provide exceptional guest service. 


You will be successful in this role while performing these essential responsibilities:

  • Assist our Hospitality Team with set up for tastings. Works in a pro-active fashion to anticipate needs of the team and to ensure set up is complete and accurate prior to guest arrival.
  • Wash and buff glassware, working in a safe manner and operating all equipment properly.
  • Strive to maintain a safe, clean, and sanitary conditions in the kitchen and guest facing areas.

You will be qualified for this role if you met these requirements: 

  • Previous experience of 6 months in a similar role.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to work independently as well as a member of a highly functioning team.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in the predominately used language.
  • Ability to work weekends. 

This is a fully on-site position and there are some physical requirements, that our large estate requires:

  • Ability to lift to 30 lbs.
  • Ability to stand and ascend and descend stairs.

Compensation Details

Compensation: Hourly ($18.00 - $21.00)
