The Rockaway Hotel, part of IGC Hospitality’s collection of premier venues, is seeking an experienced Bartender to join our team. The Rockaway Hotel offers a vibrant, high-energy atmosphere with a focus on elevated cocktails and exceptional guest experiences.
Responsibilities

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to bar and restaurant guests

Provide excellent guest service while taking and fulfilling orders

Mix and garnish cocktails from our signature menu and craft new creations when requested

Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar

Verify guest identification and comply with all alcohol service laws

Support inventory management and assist with ordering and bar upkeep

Collaborate with management and the beverage director to maintain top-quality standards
Requirements

Proven experience as a bartender or mixologist in a high-volume, upscale setting

Strong knowledge of spirits, wines, beers, and cocktail preparation

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

Positive, team-oriented attitude with a passion for hospitality
