Marlow East, a new modern American restaurant on the Upper East Side, is seeking talented and hospitality-driven Bartenders to join.
Our concept is rooted in modern American cuisine—seasonal, ingredient-forward dishes served with thoughtful, elevated hospitality. The bar program will reflect that same spirit: creative yet approachable cocktails, a curated wine selection, and an inviting, refined experience.
As a Bartender, you’ll be expected to craft high-quality drinks with consistency, efficiency, and personality, while creating a welcoming environment for guests at the bar and throughout the dining room. You’ll work closely with the beverage and management teams to execute a menu that complements the kitchen’s vision.
We’re looking for individuals with strong product knowledge, a natural sense of hospitality, and experience in fast-paced, high-end environments.
Responsibilities include:
• Preparing cocktails and beverages with precision and care
• Providing warm, attentive service to bar guests and assisting floor staff as needed
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization behind the bar
• Supporting opening and closing duties and contributing to daily bar prep
• Staying knowledgeable about the food menu and beverage pairings
