Marlow East, a new restaurant opening soon on the Upper East Side, is seeking dedicated Bussers to join our opening team. This is a great opportunity to be part of a concept centered around modern American cuisine—highlighting seasonal ingredients, refined technique, and a warm, welcoming approach to dining.

As a Server Assistant, you’ll be essential to the guest experience, supporting the service team by clearing and resetting tables efficiently, keeping the dining room clean and organized, and assisting with service as needed. A strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a team-player mindset are key. Experience in a fine dining or high-volume environment is preferred
