Marlow East, a new restaurant opening soon on the Upper East Side, is seeking experienced Food Runners to join our opening team. This is a unique opportunity to be part of an exciting new dining destination focused on modern American cuisine, highlighting seasonal ingredients, refined technique, and warm, attentive hospitality.

As a Food Runner, you’ll play a key role in maintaining the flow of service between the kitchen and the dining room. You’ll ensure that dishes are delivered promptly, accurately, and with care, helping us create an exceptional guest experience. Strong communication skills and attention to detail are a must. Two or more years of experience in a fine dining or high-volume restaurant is preferred.
