BUSSER/FOOD RUNNER
Lucky Danger Chinatown, opening this Spring, and we are looking for Bussers/Food Runners that are friendly and have a positive attitude.
Duties:
- Assist chef to expedite and delivery food from kitchen to guests in the dining room and bar areas
- Bus and pre-bus guest tables and bar
- Deliver food to guest and clearly announcing names of the dishes
- Maintain expo station: cleaning, organizing garnishes, wipes, and to go supplies
- Pack to go orders ensuring that the orders are correctly labeled.
- Polish silverware and glassware
- Assist guests if they need assistance
Qualifications:
- Experience as a Busser or food runner in a busy restaurant
- Ability to work well with other including servers, bartenders, and chefs
- Evening and Weekend availability required
- Responsible & timely, willing to take direction
- Be able to lift and carry up to 30lbs
- Ability to speak, read, and understand written and oral instructions in English
