Cafe Lead needed for Bryn Mawr Cafe & Prepared Foods Market
Pinwheel Provisions, a unique concept in food retailing launched in 2019, is looking for a manager for our operation; we are in the process of expanding from a specialty retail market & takeout kitchen to a larger onsite dining operation and are seeking a manager who is interested in creative, healthy locally sourced foods and ingredients; has experience in managing a food service operation and can contribute to the setup of our new space. Pinwheel is a friendly, creative and welcoming environment in which the right staff members thrive.

The requirements of the position are:

• Proficiency w/ food safety & sanitization practices  (Safeserve certified)
• Inventory organization, management, costing and order placing with suppliers; established relationships with local suppliers is especially valued;
• Training and management of  prep staff;
• Ensuring a great customer experience
