What we are looking for:

• Knowledge of setting up and breaking down a bar at the start and end of service
• Basic knowledge of spirits and general bar components
• Basic knowledge of preparing and producing garnishes for drinks
• Ability to batch cocktails and syrups according to recipe and need
• Ability to work at a fast past while maintaining a clean and tidy workspace
• Ability to carry heavy weight
• Open to taking direction while work closely alongside team members
• Anticipate guests needs and respond appropriately with a sense of urgency
• Open availability
