Knightsbridge Restaurant Group, owner of Annabelle, Rasika, Modena, La Bise, The Bombay Club and Rosedale is seeking a Pastry Chef to join our team.

We are seeking a talented, experienced and passionate Pastry Chef for one of our award winning restaurants. The perfect candidate will have a strong background in pastry culinary arts. Candidate must have minimum of  four years experience in a fine dining restaurant.

  • Creating and testing recipes: Develop seasonal desserts tailored to the restaurant's concept incoordination with their menu. Strong knowledge of current food trends with a focus on using seasonal ingredients
  • Creating dessertsUsing tools to make elaborate desserts for production, food cost controls, menu development and presentation
  • BakingBaking bread and other baked goods
  • Hiring, training, and supervising: Managing lower-level pastry chefs and restaurant kitchen staff at the locations to execute the recipes to your vision
  • Ordering supplies: Ensuring the kitchen has the necessary ingredients and supplies to execute their creations
  • Maintaining equipment: Keeping kitchen equipment in good working order

Compensation: Salary ($60,000.00 - $70,000.00)
