San Vicente Club Overview:

Responsibilities for the Accounts Payable Clerk:

• Responsible for coding and inputting invoices and other monthly recurring invoices into AP
• Responsible for AP check runs and matching for review and signature
• Responsible for separating the accounts payable invoices with purchases orders and non-purchase orders
• Will create folders and tracking for the paid accounts payable invoices
• Will scan accounts payable invoices that do not come in through the AP email inbox into the system
• Responsible for reaching out to vendors not using the accounts payable inbox and getting them set up to submit invoices through the AP inbox
• Will assist the accounting department with general filing and scanning as needed
• Will assist the accounting department with membership dues
• Will perform other tasks as needed and assigned by Director of Finance

Requirements for the Accounts Payable Clerk:

• 1+ years of experience with accounts payable
• Accounts Payable Clerk must have strong verbal and written communication skills
• Accounts Payable Clerk must have strong attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Accounts Payable Clerk requires intermediate Excel skills
