Pay:
$17-$19 Porter
$20-$24 Line Cook

QUALIFICATIONS:
Dishwasher/Porter:
- Must be highly responsible, dependable, and punctual
- Up-beat and hardworking
- Prior porter or dishwasher experience preferred BUT NOT NECESSARY
- Comfortable working in a fast paced environment
- Work well in a team environment
- Willingness to learn from managers and co-workers and constantly improve
- Ability to lift up 50 pounds
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time
QUALIFICATIONS:
Line cooks:
- Protein line cook experience required
- High volume catering experience preferred
- General knife handling, food safety & sanitation knowledge
- Fish Fabrication and Meat butchery
- Cooking methods such as sauté, braising, blanching, grilling and sauce making.
- Comfortable working in a fast paced environment
- Work well in a team environment
- Willingness to learn from managers and co-workers and constantly improve
- Ability to lift up 50 pounds
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time
