 About the Role 

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Floor Manager to ensure seamless service operations and deliver an exceptional guest experience. This role requires strong leadership, effective communication, and a commitment to maintaining Cuerno’s high standards of excellence.

Key Responsibilities 

  • Ensure exceptional customer service standards are met at all times. 
  • Oversee the guest experience, resolving issues with efficiency and professionalism. 
  • Train and develop front-of-house team members. 
  • Manage the flow of service to ensure smooth and timely operations. 
  • Monitor and maintain service quality and operational standards. 
  • Supervise and coordinate daily floor operations, ensuring the restaurant is running efficiently. 
  • Ensure proper cleanliness and organization of the dining area. 
  • Support management with staffing, inventory, and ordering.  

Qualifications 

  • 3+ years of managerial experience in a fast-paced restaurant or hospitality environment. 
  • Fine Dining and Mexican Restaurant experience a plus. 
  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and people management skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and problem-solve. 
  • A passion for exceptional service and creating memorable guest experiences. 
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations. 
  • Flexibility in work hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays. 
  • Experience with restaurant POS systems and scheduling tools is a plus. 

Compensation, Benefits & Perks 

  • Compensation Range: $70,000 - $80,000 annually
