James Beard Award-winning culinary legends, Nancy Silverton and Stephen Starr, have joined forces to bring LA’s beloved Osteria Mozza to an iconic corner of Georgetown in Washington, DC.  Mozza embodies an energy and passion for dining that is the perfect match for the District’s vibrant food scene.

The team is seeking talented Pastry Cooks who are eager to learn and passionate about all things dessert! 

This position offers a comprehensive package including:

The desired candidate will have: 

  • 1+ years of pastry experience in reputable high-volume restaurants
  • Passion for Italian cuisine, classic techniques, and impeccable execution
  • Experience in dessert, ice cream, and pastry production
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail in plating
  • Ability to multitask while maintaining the quality standards of the restaurant
