Nine Restaurant Group was founded by a team of local investors. Their first venture, Nine, is a modern fine dining restaurant showcasing French cuisine with strong European influences. Located in historic Beacon Hill, Nine pays homage to tradition while embracing contemporary culinary innovation.
Nine is seeking an experienced Bartender to craft exceptional cocktails while also providing full-service dining to guests at the bar. This role requires a strong knowledge of mixology, wine, and fine dining service to ensure an elevated guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve expertly crafted cocktails, wine, and beverages
- Ensure efficiency of beverage ticket times

Provide full dining service to guests seated at the bar, including taking orders.

Offer recommendations for food and beverage pairings

Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar

Ensure compliance with health, safety, and alcohol regulations

Work closely with the kitchen and front-of-house teams for seamless service

Assist in the opening and closing of the restaurant, ensuring all service stations are set up and broken down efficiently. Complete opening and closing checklists.
Qualifications:

2+ years as a bartender and/or server in a fine dining or upscale restaurant required

Extensive knowledge of food, wine, and cocktails

Excellent multitasking and customer service skills

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
