Under the leadership of Chef Antimo DiMeo, our restaurants push boundaries while honoring culinary traditions. We are looking for passionate Line Cooks and Sous Chefs who thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy kitchen and are eager to craft memorable dining experiences.
Job Summary:We are hiring Line Cooks and Sous Chefs who are dedicated to their craft and excited to grow within a team of culinary professionals. Whether you are working the line or leading kitchen operations, your skills and creativity will help shape the Bardea dining experience.
Key Responsibilities:Line Cook:-
Prepare and execute menu items with precision, consistency, and efficiency.

Maintain high culinary standards while ensuring food quality and presentation.

Assist with ingredient preparation, station setup, and maintaining cleanliness.

Follow recipes, portioning, and plating guidelines.

Adhere to food safety and sanitation regulations.

Oversee kitchen operations and support the Executive Chef.

Lead, mentor, and train kitchen staff to ensure efficiency and teamwork.

Assist in menu development, inventory management, and ordering supplies.

Maintain quality control and uphold restaurant standards.

Ensure full compliance with food safety and sanitation guidelines.

Previous experience in a professional kitchen (Italian cuisine experience is a plus!).

Passion for cooking with strong attention to detail.

Ability to thrive in a high-volume, team-oriented environment.

Strong work ethic, reliability, and commitment to excellence.

Knowledge of food safety and sanitation best practices.
