The team behind Michelin-starred Boia De is looking for a dedicated, talented, and ambitious line cook to join our wood-fire-focused restaurant. Cross-train across stations, learn about dough and fermentation, and work with chefs who have many years of fine-dining experience. Our evolving menu centers around the wood-burning oven and features everything from lamb lasagna and roasted oysters to some of Miami's best pizza.
