Nine Restaurant Group was founded by a team of local investors. Their first venture, Nine, is a modern fine dining restaurant showcasing French cuisine with strong European influences. Located in historic Beacon Hill, Nine pays homage to tradition while embracing contemporary culinary innovation.
Nine is seeking to hire a passionate, motivated, professional Dishwasher. Ideal candidates must be dependable, energetic, responsible, and have a desire for constant development of themselves and team members.

Essential Functions:
- Setup, breakdown and organization of the dish pit according to standards set by the chef
- Restock chemical and items that were depleted during the shift
- Sort and stack clean dishes; Carry clean dishes to proper storage areas
- Maintains sanitation standards of the dish area and kitchen
- Removes trash and places it in designated containers. At end of shift puts trash outside in designated areas.
- Washes worktables, walls, refrigerators, cutting boards, and other food prep surfaces.
- Sweeps and mops kitchen floors to ensure compliance with safety and sanitation standards
- Assist in other areas in the kitchen when needed
Required Experience
- Loves working with a team & also independently
- 1-2+ years experience in a fast paced environment
- Working knowledge of commercial dishwasher
- Must be able to communicate clearly with managers, kitchen and FOH personnel
- Must be able to stand for at least 8 hours and lift at least 50 pounds
