Ireland’s Four Provinces restaurant is a place where every guest is greeted with a warm welcome and receives first-rate, friendly service throughout their entire meal with us. Job duties include:

• Ensure that all guests leave happy. 
• Follow all policies and procedures.
• Complete all assigned opening, running, closing duties and side work.
• Show up on time.
• Follow all health and alcohol beverage service standards.
• Greet and guide guest through our ordering and payment process.
• Take orders from customers for food and beverages following all steps of service guidelines.
• Check with customers to ensure that they are enjoying their visit and take action to correct any problems.
• Maintain a working knowledge of food and drink menu items, promotions, ingredients, and prep time.
• Upsell by being proactive with suggestive selling, prompt service, and alerting guests of specials.
• Deliver beverages to all tables.
• Maintain a clean workspace, adhering to food safety sanitation and safety guidelines.
• Communicate customer orders to kitchen staff.
• Collect customer payments and provide change in a timely and courteous manner.
• Clear and sanitize tables.

We open at 2pm on Monday through Thursday, 11:30am on Friday, and at 10am on Saturday and Sunday. A manager can meet you by appointment, starting an hour before opening each day.
