Cantina Los Caballitos is a lively Mexican restaurant & bar located in the heart of East Passyunk in south Philadelphia. In the spring & summer, we transform from a comfortable neighborhood taco joint into a destination for margaritas & al fresco dining on our lush patio.

Our Runner position is a hybrid food runner/barback. Responsibilities include:

• Stocking the bar with ice, garnishes, beer, glassware, etc
• Assisting the servers with bussing & resetting tables
• Communicating & working closely with the rest of the FOH team
• Following recipes for prepping bar mixes & batched cocktails
• Changing beer & cocktail kegs
• Putting away liquor & beer orders (must be able to lift at least 35 pounds)
• Running food to tables
• Accurately packing to-go orders

Qualified applicants for this position must have:

• Prior experience in the restaurant industry
• Availability to work weekends & closing shifts (we are open until 2am every day) 
• Positive attitude & friendly demeanor
• Ability to work well with a team
• Strong organizational skills under pressure
• Attention to detail
