Superfolie is wine bar located at 16th & Spruce in Center City and we are looking for a reliable front-of-house professional to join the team!
Superfolie is the brainchild from creators of The Good King Tavern, le Caveau and most recently Superette, located in South Philly's East Passyunk neighborhood. Under the helm of industry pro and wine aficionado, Kaitlyn Caruke (formerly Walnut Street Cafe), this person will be stepping into an integral role on a very small team with access to a wealth of knowledge in wine and experience in hospitality. **Option for full-time exists if flexible to work across one of our several operations.
The ideal candidate will possess the following:
- A passion for wine, food, hospitality and an interest in French dining culture.
- An innate ability to execute a versatile role, multitasking within a small space.
- A very strong work ethic.
- Experience in a bartending role, in a high volume bar and/or restaurant
- An understanding of wine service and a familiarity with French wine.
- An eagerness to learn, great tableside demeanor and positive vibes!
