Nine Restaurant Group was founded by a team of local investors. Their first venture, Nine, is a modern fine dining restaurant showcasing French cuisine with strong European influences. Located in historic Beacon Hill, Nine pays homage to tradition while embracing contemporary culinary innovation.
Nine is seeking to hire passionate, motivated, professional line cooks who are eager to learn. Ideal candidates must be career and food driven, dependable, and desire constant development of themselves. Additionally, candidates must demonstrate strong attention to detail, cleanliness, and time management.

Essential Functions:
- Execute high-level food in a fast paced kitchen
- Follow recipes as provided while taking direction from the CDC and Sous Chef of the restaurant
- Complete daily preparation tasks as assigned in a timely manner
- Maintain an organized and clean station in accordance with Department of Health and kitchen standards
- Perform additional responsibilities as needed and other duties as assigned to support team objectives and operational success
Qualifications:
- Advanced knife skills, plating techniques, and attention to detail
- Ability to learn and follow recipes to execute dishes and prep
- Knowledge of food-safety practices
- 1-2 years in a scratch kitchen preferred
- Must be able to take direction and communicate clearly
