Nine Restaurant Group was founded by a team of local investors. Their first venture, Nine, is a modern fine dining restaurant showcasing French cuisine with strong European influences. Located in historic Beacon Hill, Nine pays homage to tradition while embracing contemporary culinary innovation.

Nine Restaurant is seeking an organized, professional, and detail-oriented Office Manager to oversee reservations and administrative operations. This key role ensures seamless guest experiences by managing bookings, coordinating front-of-house logistics, and supporting the restaurant’s daily operations.

This is a fantastic opportunity for any individual to be part of an ambitious group both within this restaurant and the expansion plans for the future. 

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and manage the restaurant’s reservation system to optimize seating and service flow.

  • Monitor and respond to all communications; provide friendly, warm, and knowledgeable assistance to phone call and email inquiries

  • Demonstrate proper use of guest notes and reservations notes and ensure to communicate all guest information and requests to the front of house team
  • Communicate with guests to confirm bookings, accommodate special requests, and handle inquiries.

  • Coordinate with the host team to ensure a smooth check-in process.

  • Maintain organized records, reports, and office supplies.

  • Assist leadership with day-to-day and administrative tasks

  • Perform additional responsibilities as needed and other duties as assigned to support team objectives and operational success

  • Prioritizes a warm, hospitable, and friendly environment for guests and co-workers

Qualifications:
  • 1-2 years experience in a hospitality, office management, or reservations role preferred.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities.

  • Proficiency in reservation software (OpenTable) and office management tools.

  • Proficiency in Google Workspace (Gmail, Sheets, Docs, etc.)
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
