Chef ANDREW CARMELLINI and Chef Anthony Ricco's team is looking for hard-working, passionate Sous Chef to join their team at The William Vale!

Since opening in 2016, The William Vale has become a buzzing hub for Brooklyn visitors and locals to connect and recharge, whether that’s over a drink at the pool, a rooftop film screening, or dinner at Leuca. Interactive events like a skating rink on the rooftop, balconies in every one of our 183 rooms, and fresh, inventive food from James Beard award-winning Chef Andrew Carmellini are just a few of the reasons to come stay with us.

Ideal Candidates Possess:
*1-3 years experience as a Sous Chef.
*Highly-developed knowledge of various culinary styles and mastery of all line level cooking stations.
*A professional and polished approach to leadership.
*Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
*The ability to comfortably lead a team in a busy atmosphere.
*DOH Food Protection certified.
