We are currently seeking full-time managers to join our exceptional team!
As manager you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operations as well as assisting the general manager in leading your team with a culture of growth, development, and accountability. You will be responsible for contributing to all aspects of the restaurant, from managing staff and ensuring exceptional guest experiences to driving financial performance and upholding the highest standards of quality.
1. Leadership and Team Management
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the restaurant staff to deliver outstanding service.
- Recruit, train, and supervise employees, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
2. Guest Experience
- Uphold the restaurant's high standards for service excellence.
- Interact with guests to ensure satisfaction and handle any guest concerns or complaints effectively.
- Maintain a welcoming atmosphere and ensure the restaurant is always impeccably clean and well-presented.
3. Operational Excellence
- Help oversee day-to-day restaurant operations, ensuring seamless service and guest satisfaction.
- Carry out existing standard operating procedures to optimize efficiency and consistency.
Compensation Details
Compensation: Salary ($65,000.00 - $75,000.00)
