We are seeking experienced and enthusiastic Bartenders to join the Members Club at The Twenty Two for Lunch and Dinner. The Bartender is responsible for providing an exceptional bar and dining experience through friendly and efficient guest service and impeccable order execution, upholding the standards of the bar and culinary menus, and creating a hospitable atmosphere for all guests. Bartenders work closely with all front- and back-of-house team members to uphold the standards of the bar program and create a welcoming atmosphere, elevating the brand and service standards at all times.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in bartending – preferably fine dining restaurant, a solid understanding of the basics of the wine, spirits and beverage world. Hiring for Lunch and Dinner shifts.

Position Overview
The Bartender at The Twenty Two is responsible for delivering an exceptional bar and dining experience through warm, efficient, and knowledgeable service. This role executes beverage service with precision, upholds the standards of the bar program, and contributes to a welcoming and refined guest atmosphere. Bartenders collaborate closely with front- and back-of-house teams to ensure service consistency, quality, and operational excellence in alignment with The Twenty Two’s brand standards.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Service and Operations
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beveragesin accordance with established recipes and presentation standards for guests at the bar and throughout dining areas
- Maintainquality control of bar ingredients, garnishes, and prepared items through regular checks
- Ensuretimely execution of beverage tickets and efficient service flow
- Execute cocktail builds accurately according to house recipes and techniques
- Coordinate with managementregarding weekly liquor, produce, and dry-goods needs as directed
- Assistwith opening and closing procedures, including completion of bar checklists and station setup/breakdown
- Greet and engage guests in a warm, professional manner throughout their experience
- Answer menu questions, provide recommendations, and communicate dietary restrictions or preferences
- Deliver attentive service, including taking orders, delivering beverages, and monitoring guest satisfaction
- Accurately process guest transactions using POS systems, including cash and credit card payments
- Maintaincomposure and organization during high-volume service periods
- Communicate effectively with the floor team to ensureaccurate timing, special requests, and order execution
- Support training and mentorship of fellow front-of-house team members as directed
- Address guest inquiries or concerns professionally and escalate to management when appropriate
- Support overall service operations to ensure a seamless guest experience
- Maintainknowledge of The Twenty Two’s policies, procedures, and service standards
- Attend required staff meetings and trainings
- Adhere to posted schedules, attendance, and punctuality expectations
- Performadditional duties as assigned by management
- Menu Knowledge
- Maintainthorough knowledge of food and beverage offerings, ingredients, and preparation methods
- Demonstrateworking knowledge of the beverage program, including cocktails, beer, wine, and pairings
- Understand common food allergies and dietary restrictions and communicate concerns appropriately
- Sanitation, Hygiene, and Safety
- Comply withall Department of Health, OSHA, and workplace safety regulations
- Follow proper food handling, hygiene, sanitation, and responsible alcohol service procedures
- Verify guest identification to ensure legal alcohol service requirements are met
- Use bar tools and equipment safely and only as intended
- Inspect workstations, tools, and equipment to ensure cleanliness and proper working condition
- Immediately report safety hazards, injuries, or compliance concerns to the supervisor on duty
- Follow proper storage procedures for food, beverages, and supplies
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a bartender in an upscale or high-volume hospitality environment
- Strong knowledge of cocktail preparation, beverage service, and culinary terminology
- Fluency in spoken and written English
- High school diploma or GEDrequired
- TIPS or responsible alcohol service certificationrequired within 60 days of hire
- Familiarity with restaurant POS systems
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to adapt and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Polished personal appearance consistent with The TwentyTwo’s standards
- Passion for hospitality and guest service excellence
Essential Functions and Physical Demands
- This position requires the ability to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation
- The employee must be able to stand and remain active for up to 12 hours per shift
- Lift and carry items weighing up to 25 pounds
- Frequently stand, walk, reach, bend, stoop, push, pull, and kneel;frequently use stairs while carrying items
- Occasionally crouch and climb
- Safely work around hot surfaces, sharp objects, and wet floors
- Tolerate exposure to hot and coldtemperatures; and work around common allergens and specialty ingredients.
