A renowned artisan bakery, celebrated for its dedication to the craft of bread and pastry-making, is seeking a full-time Pastry Baker for its Guerrero location. This is an exciting opportunity to join an esteemed establishment known for its warm experiences and commitment to excellence.

Position: Pastry Baker
Compensation: $19.62 per hour + Tips
Schedule: Daytime Hours, Starting at 5:00 AM / Full-Time
Weekend availability (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday) is required!

What You Will Do:

Assemble, mix, and bake off (croissants, scones, muffins, tarts, etc.)
Light prep, including on-site mixing of cookies, granola, and glazes
Maintain quality while adhering to our vision and team values

Qualifications:

• 2 years of experience in a bakery, pastry shop, or similar environment preferred
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume production setting.
