We are seeking an experienced CHEF DE CUISINE to join a dynamic team at a high-end, award-winning restaurant known for its stunning atmosphere and innovative, pan-Asian cuisine. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with the management team to deliver unforgettable dining experiences that combine exceptional flavors with unique presentation. COMPENSATION & BENEFITS PACKAGE 

A competitive base salary ranging from $90,000 to $115,000, reflecting the level of expertise and experience required. In addition to the base salary, the position also offers a quarterly bonus program, providing an opportunity to earn additional compensation based on performance and business success.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE POSITION INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO

• Lead and inspire a diverse team of culinary professionals in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen environment

• Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring consistency, quality, and excellence in every dish

• Develop and execute an exceptional menu with a focus on Asian ingredients and techniques

• Drive operational efficiency, including cost control, labor management, and overall profitability

• Ensure smooth service by supporting expediting and various kitchen stations as needed

REQUIREMENTS / WORKING KNOWLEDGE

• A minimum of 5 years of leadership experience in large, high-volume kitchens, with recent roles as an Executive Sous Chef, Chef de Cuisine, or Executive Chef.

• Strong leadership capabilities, with a proven ability to mentor, develop, and inspire team members.

• A deep passion for working with Asian ingredients and exploring creative culinary techniques.

• Demonstrated success in managing large teams, with the ability to remain calm and focused in a fast-paced environment under pressure.

• A solid understanding of financial management, including experience with cost control, labor management, and driving profitability.
