Job Details
We are seeking an experienced CHEF DE CUISINE to join a dynamic team at a high-end, award-winning restaurant known for its stunning atmosphere and innovative, pan-Asian cuisine. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with the management team to deliver unforgettable dining experiences that combine exceptional flavors with unique presentation. This position offers significant potential for career advancement and professional growth, allowing individuals to expand their skill set and progress within the organization.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS PACKAGE 

A competitive base salary ranging from $90,000 to $115,000, reflecting the level of expertise and experience required. In addition to the base salary, the position also offers a quarterly bonus program, providing an opportunity to earn additional compensation based on performance and business success.

This role also offers company dining discounts, generous time-off benefits, including paid vacation and sick time, comprehensive medical, dental, and vision benefits are provided, ensuring that employees have access to quality healthcare coverage. 

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE POSITION INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO

  • Lead and inspire a diverse team of culinary professionals in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen environment

  • Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring consistency, quality, and excellence in every dish

  • Develop and execute an exceptional menu with a focus on Asian ingredients and techniques

  • Drive operational efficiency, including cost control, labor management, and overall profitability

  • Ensure smooth service by supporting expediting and various kitchen stations as needed

REQUIREMENTS / WORKING KNOWLEDGE
  • A minimum of 5 years of leadership experience in large, high-volume kitchens, with recent roles as an Executive Sous Chef, Chef de Cuisine, or Executive Chef.

  • Strong leadership capabilities, with a proven ability to mentor, develop, and inspire team members.

  • A deep passion for working with Asian ingredients and exploring creative culinary techniques.

  • Demonstrated success in managing large teams, with the ability to remain calm and focused in a fast-paced environment under pressure.

  • A solid understanding of financial management, including experience with cost control, labor management, and driving profitability.
