• Experience working in casual or fine dining kitchens.

• A positive attitude and respect for themselves, their team, and the food they create.

• Ability to work clean and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.

• Experience with ordering, costing, and kitchen management.

• Strong communication and leadership skills to help lead the team effectively.

• Full availability is required.

• Spanish language skills are a plus but not required.
