Job Description:
We are seeking a friendly and attentive Server to join our team at Signature Bar. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a memorable dining experience.
Responsibilities:
• Greet and seat guests promptly, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
• Present menus and provide detailed information on dishes and beverages.
• Take accurate food and drink orders and enter them into the point-of-sale system.
• Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and courteous manner.
• Monitor tables to anticipate guests’ needs and respond promptly to requests.
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of dining areas, including setting and clearing tables.
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure accurate and timely delivery of orders.
• Process guest payments accurately and efficiently.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations.
Qualifications:
• Previous experience as a server in a restaurant setting is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
