The Role
This position is the heart of the morning service, setting the tone for the day and creating a welcoming, intentional, and profitable environment. More than just making coffee, this role focuses on delivering an exceptional experience through thoughtful service, efficiency, and a deep understanding of our offerings.
Key Responsibilities:

Craft and serve exceptional coffee, tea, and food with precision, speed, and care.

Set the tone for a warm, inviting, and efficient morning service that enhances the guest experience.

Engage guests with warmth, storytelling, and product knowledge to build loyalty and increase sales.

Maintain a deep understanding of the sourcing, nutrition, and regenerative principles behind our offerings.

Contribute to the overall financial success of the caffè by maintaining efficiency, upselling appropriately, and managing waste responsibly.
Qualifications & Experience:

1+ year of experience in a high-volume coffee or hospitality setting preferred.

Ability to multitask while maintaining a welcoming and professional demeanor.

Passion for sustainability, non-partisan wellness, and holistic well-being.

Interest in regenerative hospitality and business-driven service.
