We are a fresh take on Baja-style cuisine, showcasing rich farm-to-fork ingredients, specialty meats, handcrafted made-to-order tortillas, and vibrant Baja flavors with our adjacent neighborhood favorite speakeasy, Jaguar Bar. We’re looking for a strong, charismatic leader to join our close-knit team to build sales, systems, and a healthy, friendly operation.
This position is not just an operational leader, but a cultural leader for this brand-new restaurant, fostering an environment of above-and-beyond hospitality and co-creating an Eastside dining hub. The guest experience is paramount – creating connections with guests and fostering a positive an effective work environment will require a GM that understands the qualitative and quantitative aspects of leading a hospitality business.

Pay: $90-95k with bonus opportunities

Skills & Requirements
- 3+ years of restaurant management experience
- Strong service, food and beverage knowledge required
- Skilled in leading/developing teams
- Detail oriented, organized and professional
- High volume, fast-paced, high profile restaurant experience preferred
- Ability to demonstrate quick thinking and adaptability in a constantly changing environment
- Marketing experience is a plus
- Strong computer skills
- Knowledge of POS systems
