- Knowladge in Sevenrooms, Resy or Opentable
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle high volumes and remain calm under pressure

- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Positive attitude and willingness to work in a team-oriented environment
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests with a warm and friendly demeanor
- Manage the waiting list and seating arrangements efficiently during peak dining hours
- Communicate effectively with the kitchen staff, servers, and management team to ensure smooth operation
- Answer phone calls and assist callers with reservations and inquiries
- Maintain cleanliness and organization at the host/hostess station
- Provide accurate wait times and monitor the dining room flow
- Assist in resolving customer complaints or issues to ensure guest satisfaction
- Uphold the restaurant's standards of service and hospitality at all times
