Job requirements and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
-Strong sense of warmth and hospitality
-Sincere desire to provide guests with best possible service and experience
-Interest and pride in learning about food, wine, and beer
-Ability to multi-task and remain calm under pressure
-Being a genuine team player - we are only successful if everyone works together
-Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and clear communication skills
-Physical stamina: ability to lift up to 50 pounds and walk up to 5 miles per evening, which could include stairs
-Flexible schedule - full time availability is a plus
-Desire for longevity, with a commitment of at least one year
-Efficient and safe work practices
