Her years studying in France, working in food production and restaurants, running a wholesale food business and cooking school, and being part of her family’s hotel business have led her to create a unique gathering place centered around good cooking and good company. The charming Bistro, Cooking School, Bar and Shop have become a destination for locals, foodies, and experience-seekers of all ages. Head Chef Brittany Cassidy trained under Rustic Canyon's and Birdie G.'s Jeremy Fox for seven years before taking the helm at Violet.
