We are looking for an enthusiastic and friendly BARTENDER to join our team at The Butcher’s Daughter. Your spirit, and general love for the service industry is key! We are looking for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented restaurant. Previous experience as a bartender required.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Greet bar guests in a timely and friendly manner.
- Can follow recipes and specs of cocktails consistently
- Learns quickly
- Understands the basics of bartending - knows classic cocktails specs by heart, has decent wine and beer knowledge
- Is FRIENDLY & OUTGOING - has regulars that will follow them anywhere!
- Introduce guests to our concept, by understanding our ethos and who we are, and educating them on our menu and offerings.
- Understand and know the menu offerings including specific dietary restrictions
- Uphold safety standards when working at The Butcher’s Daughter.
- Work well in a pooled – house environment and work well with others.
- Be able to maintain composure and confidence in a busy setting
- Communicate clearly and directly with management in instances when extra support or help is needed.
- Understand the steps of service, and be able to execute seamlessly.
- Adherence to all established health, sanitation, and food & work safety practices.
- Physical Requirements- This position will require you to be standing for the duration of your shift. Must be able to work on your feet for up to 8 hour periods.
