We are seeking a skilled butcher to oversee all in-house butchering operations. You will be responsible for breaking down whole animals, portioning various cuts, and ensuring the highest standards of quality, consistency, and efficiency. This role requires a deep understanding of meat preparation, aging techniques, and proper storage to support our menu's dedication to top-tier steak and game offerings.
