Join our growing team! We are looking for an experienced baker who enjoys early mornings (specifically 5 AM start time), a fast-paced production bakery environment and working as a team to produce some of the city's best sourdough breads and pastries! Prior professional baking prefered.

High Street is an acclaimed restaurant and bakery located in the historic Franklin Building at 9th & Chestnut. The restaurant is open for lunch, brunch, and dinner services where we serve contemporary American cuisine including pasta, sourdough pizza, hoagies and more. The pastry department also supports our growing project The Bread Room with viennoiserie, pastries, cakes and cookies.

Position Description & Responsibilities
The Pastry Baker works in our restaurant bakery. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented and focused, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Must have experience with morning bake-offs, proofing, mixing cakes, muffins, cookies, scones, and familiar with lamination and viennoiserie. This is an amazing food environment with opportunities for growth.
