The TRUCE team is seeking a candidate who works well in a high-volume, dynamic cocktail bar with knowledge of spirits and classic cocktails. While PM service predominantly features our alcoholic beverage program, our entire team will be well versed in our coffee and food offerings. This individual will also show strength in multi-tasking and malleability as well as upholding our service and quality standards. Must believe in quality by consistently upholding defined standards. Able to work in a team to create genuine guest experiences.
Experience and Qualifications:
- 2 years of experience in full service restaurants and/or cocktail bars
- Has a genuine love of hospitality
- Teachable and excited to learn
- Must have open availability including evenings and weekends.
- Classic cocktail knowledge
