Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and energetic Restaurant Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for crafting exceptional beverages, providing outstanding customer service, and maintaining a clean and organized bar area. As a bartender, you will be responsible for preparing and serving drinks, engaging with guests, and ensuring a lively and welcoming atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages following restaurant recipes and standards.
- Interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner, providing excellent customer service.
- Take drink and food orders, process payments, and operate the POS system efficiently.
- Check customer identification to verify legal drinking age and adhere to responsible alcohol service policies.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar area, including restocking liquor, garnishes, and other supplies.
- Follow all safety, sanitation, and health regulations.
- Monitor guests' alcohol consumption and ensure responsible service.

- Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and responsibly.

Qualifications & Requirements:
- Previous experience as a bartender in a restaurant or bar setting preferred.
- Knowledge of mixology, classic and modern cocktails, and bar equipment.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
