We're looking for folks who aren't afraid to put their head down and grind out the crazy shifts when the weather is nice, and be flexible when the whims of DC weather don't align with our schedule. We're a very small, tight knit team with probably the lowest staff turnover rate in the city, most of our staff have been here for years, some more than a decade. We don't need you to have a lot of experience, just the desire to learn and tackle side work, we don't have a staff of bussers or backwaiters, everyone on the floor pours beer, runs drinks and food, busses tables and deals with whatever problems crop up on the fly. being able to help the rest of the team carry kegs of beer upstairs is a plus, as is weekend availability. It's a great place to work and we hope to find someone who wants to join our tiny restaurant family long term.
