As we prepare to reopen this iconic venue in early 2025, we’re excited to revive this Great American dining experience, blending old-world decadence with traditional craftsmanship and a touch of international intrigue. Proudly affiliated with STARR Restaurants and renowned James Beard Award-winning restaurateur Stephen Starr, we look forward to offering an unforgettable culinary journey that honors our storied past while embracing a vibrant, modern twist.  

The team is currently seeking talented AM & PM Line Cooks who are interested in working with a large, collaborative, cohesive culinary unit executing amazing food made with high-quality ingredients and integrity.  

This position offers a comprehensive package including:  

  • An hourly rate of $17.50 - $22.50

Desired candidates will have:  

  • 2+ years of experience as a Line Cook  
  • Willingness to take direction and desire to learn and grow within the industry  
  • Understanding of classic sauces, cooking techniques, and knife cuts  
  • Ability to manage a station from prep to service  
  • Punctual, hard-working, and dependable

Compensation Details

Compensation: Hourly ($17.50 - $22.50)
