Overview:
We are seeking experienced Line Cooks, Grill Cooks and Saute persons to join our kitchen team. The ideal candidate will have experience in food preparation, cooking, and a passion for delivering high-quality dishes.
Duties:
- Prepare ingredients for cooking, including washing, peeling, and chopping
- Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff
- Follow recipes and presentation specifications
- Operate standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation
- Ensure all food and other items are stored properly
- Monitor food stock and place orders when there are shortages
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Line Cook, Grill Cook, Saute or relevant position in fine and/or casual dining
- Knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures
- Understanding of food safety practices
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent time management skills
- Diploma from a culinary school is a plus. Must be authorized to work for all employers in the USA without the need for sponsorship

- Dietary aide experience
- Menu planning skills
- Proficiency with knives
- Willingness to assist in various kitchen tasks
- Previous experience in food service or meal preparation
- Familiarity with food handling regulations
