We are seeking a refined, poised, and detail-oriented hospitality professional with a strong background in fine dining and upscale service.

βœ” Brings Upscale Service Experience – Extensive experience in fine dining or luxury hospitality, with a deep understanding of high-touch, personalized service.

βœ” Has Maitre D’ & Guest Relations Expertise – Skilled in managing reservations, engaging with VIP guests, and cultivating long-term guest relationships.

βœ” Possesses Strong Administrative & Operational Skills – Ability to manage scheduling, floor plans, P&L, service training, and restaurant financials.

βœ” Thrives in a Sophisticated, European-Inspired Setting – A background in classic French, European, or fine dining establishments is a plus.

βœ” Multilingual (Preferred but Not Mandatory)French fluency is highly desirable, but additional language skills (Spanish, Italian, Portuguese) are a plus.

βœ” Leads with Poise & Professionalism – Able to balance warmth with authority, grace under pressure, and a commitment to excellence.

βœ” Is Hands-On & Team-Oriented – This restaurant is known for its long-tenured staff, and we need a leader who will integrate seamlessly and elevate team morale.

βœ” Understands the Importance of Presentation – The expected dress code is upscale (suit/formal attire), and maintaining a polished, professional appearance is essential.
