As a Seasonal Bartender/Server, you will play a key role in providing excellent service to our guests in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. You will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages, taking food and drink orders, delivering exceptional guest experiences, and ensuring a clean and welcoming atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:

Bartending Duties:

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks according to recipes and company standards.

Handle cash, process payments, and provide change to customers.

Maintain a clean and organized bar area, ensuring all supplies are stocked and equipment is functioning properly.

Interact with guests, offering recommendations and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines related to alcohol service and food handling.

Serving Duties:

Greet and seat guests in a friendly and timely manner.

Take and process food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.

Serve food and beverages to customers in a professional and courteous manner.

Ensure guests have everything they need during their visit, including refills, condiments, and special requests.

Clear tables, clean dining areas, and reset tables for incoming guests.

Team Collaboration:

Work closely with kitchen and bar staff to ensure accurate and timely delivery of orders.

Assist other staff members during busy periods and collaborate to maintain smooth operations.

Support management in maintaining inventory levels for food, beverages, and supplies.
