Job description

We are looking for motivated individuals to join our team! Lots of room for growth within the company. Must have a positive attitude and want to come to work. Previous NYC restaurant experience preferred. Italian food knowledge & experience helpful.  

What we're looking for:


  • At least two years of experience as a senior line cook or one year as a sous.
  • This is for a SOUS CHEF position. afternoon through evening shifts required.
  • Effective communication skills in English. ( Spanish is a plus, but not required)
  • Ability to organize, prioritize and anticipate
  • Ability to be flexible and always maintain a curious demeanor
  • Ability to follow instructions from executive chef and apply it in daily tasks
  • Thorough knowledge of food handling practices
  • Culinary skills and knowledge necessary to execute a station.
  • You will help monitor kitchen standard operating procedures to ensure food safety and consistency with the brand's standards
  • You will ensure DOH standards are always followed and that the kitchen is ready to get an "A" at any moment's notice!
  • A good nature and positive attitude. (ability to be adaptable)
  • Must be at least 18 years old

MUST be able to work Saturday and Sunday mornings.
