Position Description
Event servers help set up, run, and break down catered and non-catered events. You may work independently or as part of a team to:
- Set up reception, cocktail, and dining areas
- Provide high-quality food and beverage service
- Maintain a professional, fine-dining atmosphere
- Clean and break down event spaces after service
Requirements
- Neat, professional appearance
- Reliable and responsible
- Positive attitude – a must!
- Detail-oriented and able to follow directions
- Able to take initiative when needed
- Able to lift at least 25 pounds
Job Details
- Part-time, on-call position for upscale events
- Mostly weekend and evening hours
- Work as much or as little as you like
- Events in the city and surrounding suburbs
- A personal vehicle is not required but is a plus
- No prior experience necessary – we will train the right candidates
